Sorry for posting this late, but I didn't even wake up until noon because I was so out from the cold meds. I usually don't like to start the week with being behind already, but at least my cold is pretty much all gone and I'm just stuck with the sniffles and the cough. The important thing is that my headache is gone and I can function again.
Anyway, it's a short menu plan week since my husband is working late 3 nights this week and won't be home for dinner, so we'll be having leftovers on those nights. The total commissary bill for this week is $40.40, but $10 of that were stockpile items.

Since this is the family favorites edition, I decided to run with the idea and pull up a menu of all family favorites. We could afford to do that since it's such a short week. I have used all of these recipes before in my menu plans, but the one that I'm going to highlight is the Chicken with Lemon & Capers. I really love the recipe, and it's easy to make...!
