Walgreens Trip

It's not a wonderfully awesome great week at Walgreens, and after the release of the $10/$50 online only coupon I'm pretty sure they're not going to release another in-store coupon for the weekend, so I decided to do my Walgreens shopping today before my doctor's appointment.  I had time to kill.  It's nothing to get excited about, but here is my transaction breakdown:

Buy 1 Glade candle 4oz: $1.99
Buy 1 Glade Plugins refills: $1.99
Buy 1 Glade Plugins Scented Gel Warmer: $1.99
Buy 2 Crest Toothpaste ($1.99 each): $3.98
Buy 2 Photo stickers (on sale for $0.50 each): $1.00
Subtotal: $10.95
Use $1/1 Crest ESR pg. 15 coupon (-$2.00)
Use $1/1 Glade candle coupon (-$1.00)
Use $1/1 Glade refill peelie from warmer (-$1.00)
Use 2 $1/1 Crest mfg coupon (-$2.00)
Grand Total: $4.95 + $0.63 tax = $5.58
Rebates: $3 from #28 (limit of 10, current count 3)
OOP after rebates: $2.58

The photo stickers were an unexpected purchase, but a good deal and I was sending off some pictures of the baby to our relatives anyway, so they will be a nice addition.  I could have saved more money by using B1G1 Glade warmer coupon that I had, but I left it at home.  Oopsies.  Time permitting, I'm going to make another trip to Walgreens tonight to get more Plugins and refills after Chloe's class but before picking up the baby from the babysitter.  Here is my planned transaction:

Buy 2 Glade Plugins Scented Gel Warmer ($1.99 each): $3.98
Buy 2 Glade Plugins refills ($1.99 each): $3.98
Subtotal: $7.96
Use B1G1 Warmer coupon (-$1.99)
Use 2 $1/1 Glade refill peelie (-$2.00)
Grand Total: $3.97 + tax
Rebates: $4 from #28 (limit of 10, current count 7)
OOP after rebates: tax!

Depending on how adventurous I'm feeling, I might take the Plugin that I already purchased back to the store for my $1.99 refund.  I didn't use a coupon or anything with it, so I wouldn't be "losing" anything.  That store has always been very cooperative with refunds, and the managers are all so quick and nice that I might just do it when I pass by this weekend.

The only thing that I'm not sure about is how a refund will affect my ESR.  Even after the refund there are still 2 eligible items on the receipt, but since you just enter the whole receipt I hope everything will be alright!  Maybe I'll just call Walgreens later tonight and ask...
