Next week is our monthly "hell week" - the week where my husband won't be home for dinner for a good 4 days of the week. That means a LOT of leftovers need to be prepared, or I'll find myself cooking dinner and then driving it out to him, which is something I'm not a fan of, especially since the weather is starting to turn for the worse a lot more these days.
I menu plan Sunday through Saturday, so technically it's 3 days of the week (Monday, Friday, and Saturday) with another day next week (Sunday), but for all intents and purposes we consider him being gone for dinner for half the week.
This week's menu plan took a fraction of the time, especially since I could just transfer my commissary sale listing from last week's menu plan. The fact that I didn't have as many recipes to enter due to the smaller menu this week probably helped too. Either way, from start to finish it probably took me a total of 15 minutes - not too bad considering I have to type in all the recipes.
I'm interested in hearing back from my readers on whether or not you like this new Menu Plan format. Would you rather I list my menu plan by just meal title? Or do you like this new PDF format complete with the recipes? Or would you prefer that I do both?

I like the PDF version that you offer a lot. I think you should keep it this way. There is no reason for you to do it both ways.
