Mom Dot party day #1!

Today's day #1 of the Mom Dot blog party, and I'm so excited to be playing along! Today's question (brought to you by
Introduce us to your family and share Holiday pics of years past

Our crazy family consists of me, my hubby, the little Princess, and our crazy dogs. Since this will be the little Princess' first Christmas, we really don't have any past holiday pictures. Well, technically, she was in the last one. This year we'll be going home to see family for Christmas, and at least one relative has made arrangements to get super-mega family portrait. We're still working on our little family Christmas pictures, but it's rather hard because I want our ENTIRE family in there, dogs included. I don't even want to think about trying to get one decent picture with 2 crazy dogs and a 6 month-old...

Last year we paid a hobby photographer to do it, and we were able to do it outside. It's currently 45ยบ out, so I don't think we'll be doing the whole outside thing this year. Which really limits what we can do, considering we have the dogs. Maybe I'll just bribe my dad to do it when my parents visit for Thanksgiving...

Hah! I couldn't even imagine trying to get Max to participate in a family photo! He's not that apt to be still!

I'm with ya. We really want our pup to be included in the holiday pic, but with a year-old puppy and 7month old baby, it'll be interesting!

We had our neighbor come over and snap ours for us one year, complete with 2 dogs, 3 kids and mom and dad in santa hats- took us 40 minutes but thank goodness for digital cameras- good luck!

your family is beautiful and your doggies are adorable. My boys want a puppy so bad, but mama is not sure she can handle it yet! LOL

My dog would have us covered in slobber within 2 minutes if we tried to include her in our pic.

And it is only going to get harder as more children come and the older they get. My kids always were really good at the picture thing until Lil' E turned 3. Now he is just a goof ball.

Thanks for sharing about your family. The picture people if you have one near you will take photos of you with your dogs in the store... Just a thought. Happy Holidays!
