I was so very happy with my Mailbox of Goodies today. I received my first free issue of Working Mother, along with a bottle from Medela. I don't even remember requesting the bottle, but I am sure glad it came because it works with my Medela pump. I don't pump often, and it's only for the rare occasion that I'm leaving her for an hour or two, but it's nice to have a bottle that I can pump into and feed her out of. It just gets so annoying to have to pump into one bottle and then pour it into another when it comes time to feeding her.
I also received the a $2/1 Kashi product coupon - it's a printable, but when it refused to print out for me I decided to request one via snail mail. This is the first time that I've requested a printable via snail mail, so I'm glad to see that they do come in a timely fashion. I also got a postcard from Walmart with a $1/1 Ultra Downy coupon. Again, I don't remember requesting this one, and I didn't even know Walmart sent out coupons without samples. Either way, you can't really complain about free stuff that just appears in your mailbox =).
My last surprise of the day came from one of my readers/giveaway winners, who was just so sweet and kind to send me a "thank you" card for the coupons that she won. And she also included some superb coupons in there as well, and now I feel like the winner instead...! Thank you so much for brightening my day, Carla!
