This week, I'm going to share my Cheesy Tuna & Noodles. It wasn't from dinner last week, but the week before. I skipped Mmm Monday last week though due to our crazy weekend, so I decided to make up and share it this week.
It was utterly delish, and it was cheap too! I spent under $4 for everything! The whole meal took me less than 15 minutes to make from beginning to end. We even had enough for left-overs too! I also love the fact that I can disguise an unlimited amount of veggies in it. It's a great meal to get rid of veggies about to go bad, or just to lighten your freezer load. This has become one of my favorite recipes since it's so variable and so quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
3 pkg (3 oz each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 can (10¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup of milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Frozen mixed veggies of your choice
1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained

I didn't know you did Mmm Monday. Link it to our blog! We love recipes.
Also, we added you to our blog roll. I hope that's okay.
Lastly, gotta love the commissary! I miss it when my husband isn't active duty b/c we don't have one by us!
