You do get used to it - or at least used to dealing with it... You definitely have to dress properly and in layers. My biggest advice on clothing is this - make sure it is close-fitting. Baggy sweatshirts and sweatpants, oversize coats are actually not a good idea! You need to keep the body heat close to the skin! Also, eat lots of carbs before going out into the cold - it helps your body stay warmer. And then, just grin and bear it! You need A LOT of that!Pegsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12849887395590710720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8704101475950309711.post-58348463571503947032008-11-14T13:19:00.000-06:002008-11-14T13:19:00.000-06:00Try some Hot apple cider with a splash of Hot Damn...Try some Hot apple cider with a splash of Hot Damn cinnamon - it is so good to make this and curl up with a blanket on the couch for a good movie or a book.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02909538773824737674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8704101475950309711.post-17231416592382228862008-11-14T12:51:00.000-06:002008-11-14T12:51:00.000-06:00I have the complaining, whining, and crying thing ...I have the complaining, whining, and crying thing DOWN.
